Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Neurix platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Neurix provides a 99.99% uptime guarantee for Enterprise tier customers. Routine maintenance will be scheduled during low-traffic windows (typically 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM UTC) and announced at least 7 days in advance.

3. License & Usage Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform. You may not use the platform to process illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content as defined by your local jurisdiction governing ISP operations.
